Speeding Up Metabolism By Dieting Is Not Always True
A lot of diets talk about speeding up your metabolism by cutting back on calories. The problem is that if you cut back on your calories to fast, you metabolism will slow down instead of speeding up. Why is that? Because when your body is not getting enough calories it will be forced to go in survival mode. Survival mode means that your body is going to go in a state of hibernation.
