  Subscribing to a fitness magazine can be a better choice than a gym membership. You may get a good advice on healthy eating, workout routines, and equipment, which may help you keeping yourself fit and fine. You may keep up with the newest trends in the health and fitness.

There is a good variety of fitness magazines to pick from, starting with the general fitness to the more specific ones. The specific magazines may cover - special types of workouts or exercise like yoga or weightlifting or special diets - e.g. weight loss diets, or specific body types.

A lot of magazines cater to women fitness topics e.g. for pregnancy and parenting e.g. Fit Pregnancy Magazine, for general health and fitness e.g. Fitness Magazine and Shape Magazine.
