  As a fitness conscious person you would always hear about adverts and promotions flying around urging to join the gym and get that celebrity type body shape. True that they promise you the moon and will help you to a certain extent to get that shape but is it healthy to join the gym. Do you think that you will benefit by doing joining the gym?
