  Since a lot of people are involved in physical exercises, it is vital that the importance of warming up before any training activity should be explored. Many have repeatedly ignored going through the warm up part before exercising, not knowing the potential consequences of doing so.


Why warm up? Several changes take place in the body once physical activity is commenced. A person's respiratory rate, blood flow, and oxygen and nutrient levels delivered to the cells increases. The rate of acceleration should be regulated in a steady rate to ready the body for the physical stress that training
