  Losing weight is probably the most difficult thing to do in our society, with all that junk food on the street. The majority of people in America have a overweight problem. Why do so much people have this problem? About 100 years ago almost nobody suffered from overweight. This article will give you some tips on losing weight within a short time span.


There are a lot of ways to lose weight. Losing weight should be easy and good for your body. We do not want to force our body and make it sick. Your body needs about 2300 calories a day in order to function properly. Most of us eat around 4000 calories a day. The majority of the calories is then stored as fat in your body. The first thing when starting to lose weight is to cut down on your calories. Make sure you aim for the 2300 calories a day. Start to cut down on your calories today and keep this up for 7 days. While calorie cutting is the most important, it cannot work by itself. The human body needs water.

Our body consists of 70% water. Drinking water is required to keep the human body alive and working. Try to drink about 8 glasses of water every day. Your body needs water to keep your vital functions working. If you do not drink enough water, your body has to use the water that is already stored in your body. When your body has to do this, your metabolism will slow down. Meaning you are burning fat slower. So try to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Water is even more important if you are engaged in sports activity like jogging.

When you got to your work in the morning, you get up and eat breakfast. Then get into an car and drive to work. Your body is not getting enough activity. To make up for this. We have to schedule a certain time of the day for 30 minutes of jogging. Your body needs movement to burn fat. It is the only way your body can lose that fat. So start off every morning by jogging 30 minutes on an empty stomach, this will even more stimulate burning fat. Most people recommend to jog in the morning because then your metabolism is faster. Start jogging today

If you follow this schedule for the next 7 days you will see the pounds flying of your body. I have used methods like calorie cutting in combination with drinking enough water and running for a minimum for days. Following this schedule will give you an edge, that will result in more fat loss then you previously have seen.
