For any bodybuilding activity, the right choice of a body building program stimulates muscles fibers and their types which really gets on the results which an individual is looking for becomes of utmost importance. Unfortunately, many body building programs happen not to be created equally if one has to speak in the line of the types of muscle fibers. When one cannot be able to lay a distinction on muscle fibers in any way from ones outside appearance, inside the body muscle tissue, it becomes clear that three main distinct fibers are present.

The first group of fibers is those called the fast twitch type A muscles and are mostly responsible more for forceful generated contractions but known to fatigue one the fastest. For instance, if one is to perform a basic three sets of reps in a bench press, one would in essence be using type a fibers of the muscles.

These muscles tend to contain huge motor neurons as well as low quantities of mitochondrial density.

In addition they contain quite small oxidative capacities, which mean that they are not able in anyway to utilize levels of oxygen quite well. In relation to this, these fibers are not in anyway suited for the some exercises containing an element of endurance, as a result of these variations of exercises, thus oxygen must always be present if muscular contractions is to be sustained.

These muscle fibers have a fuel characterized by the creation of phosphate as well as being a stored glycogen muscle or commonly glucose. They in no way utilize any stored fat of the body at all because of the fact which clearly states that these fibers can only contract continually in between a single second as compared to twenty more.

The next type of muscle fiber is the twitch type B type. It is classified mostly as a quick twitch type of muscle fiber though not to as strongly as the type A fibers. These type of muscle fibers is generally utilized in activities which are relatively in a shorter duration though not seen as a pace all out.
For instance, if a person sprints for a hundred meters, one will in essence be using type A muscle fibers. On top of this, if one is doing a kind of running interval of around 80-90% in rate maximum, for about 30 seconds, basically one would be utilizing type A in a greater instance.

Also, most of the traits observed in type B fibers show that these fibers continue to contain a vast motor neuron which is not in any way comparable to type A's, happen to be on the vast intermediate scale which also goes to acute instances of being fatigued as well as having such a big degree visible in mitochondria density.

More so, type B types also use oxygen in big way as demonstrated through their high resistance to cases of fatigue as well as longer durations in terms of increased abilities on contraction levels.
