  There is no denying about it, "love handles" is on ugly part in your body and nobody likes to keep it. If you are wondering what is love handles, it is actually located on the sides of your abdomen with flabby area. Your body will not getting the best shape if you are suffering from this type of thing.

I listed down below some of the exercises that are best to get rid of those ugly looking love handles permanently but you need to take some time in your day to do it. Best thing of all, you don't have to buy anything at all to accomplish this.

Basic Crunches

Some people call it sit-ups. Usually most people do this wrongly when they lifted up all of their upper body all the way to do this crunches. The best way to do this in order to get maximum result is by lifting up your body slowly and crunch it halfway. You can feel the crunches on your abdomen the first time you do it.

Twist Crunches

What good about this exercise is that it will work your internal and external obliques. It is quite simple to do. You need to lie down and bent your knees a little bit. Slowly lift your head up and put your hands behind your head. Now, twist to the left bringing out your right elbow to your left knee. At the same time, you need to extend your right leg out. Do this on the other side of your hand and leg. Repeat the process 20 times.

Standing Trunk Twists

Stand up and spread your leg apart about one foot. Relax your body. Twist your torso to the right while making sure your hips and legs are stable. At the same time, extend your left hand and cross your body to the right while your left hand cross to the left at the back of your body. Next, twist your torso to the left. Repeat the process 100 times to get the best result.

Leg Flutters

Lie down on your stomach and keep your arms straight out at your sides. Lift both of your knees slowly and flutter your legs rapidly back and forth. The best way to do this is by doing it for 30 seconds, and then rest for 20 seconds before doing it again for yet another 30 seconds.

Yoga

Doing some yoga exercise is good to improve your mental and stamina but I don't think it will have a greater effect on your love handles. You can still do this exercise if you have that extra time.

Using Body Wraps

This is for those of you who are lazy to do any exercise as mentioned before. Body wraps can give you quite good result if you do it regularly for 45 minutes per day. The only downside is you may need to spend some of your money to purchase it.
